Short-term rental agreement

This is a license to occupy a short-term rental, not a Texas residential lease. The contracting party is the legal entity listed on the quote (Swanson Investments or Plum Wine LLC).

• Booker must be 25+ and stay on site.
• Named adults only. Occupancy cap is the listing maximum.
• No parties, events, or extra overnight guests.
• Quiet hours 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Pets only if the listing allows them.
• Exterior cameras may be present; no indoor cameras.
• Lock codes after payment clears. Address is not published on the website.
• You authorize charges for extra guests, extra cleaning, smoking, and damage above the hold.
• Cancellation: full refund if you cancel 14+ days before check-in; otherwise lodging is kept. Cleaning is refunded if we can skip the turn.
• Texas law. Venue: Williamson County.
