Cleaning is $150. A pet fee of $100 per pet (up to two) applies only at Lovely Leander Home in Quiet Area, and only when your quote shows it. Applicable taxes are shown as one “Taxes & fees” line on your quote. A $300 refundable damage deposit is a charge, not a hold, collected about 3 days before check-in and refunded within 24 hours of a clean checkout inspection. The quote lists every charge before you request.
The rental agreement and house rules are part of every confirmed stay. Checking those boxes is how you accept them. This is not a residential lease.
